There were some soft spots and the person who had installed the previous floor hadn&#8217;t done a good, or even, decent job. It was a masonite backed snap in floor and when it got wet it curled like crazy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-lk6g\">The floor came up easily and there was all the rotted subfloor &#8211; it was particle board over metal. The metal had held all the water and rotted the subfloor.
