We have spent the last two and half months at Sunset Beach on Monterey Bay. It is about half-way between Santa Cruz to the north and Monterey on the south. Whenever I think of California I have always thought of everything below San Fransisco as warm and sunny. Well this stay has removed that thought!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have had some nice days but it has for the most part been cloudy and chilly. The last two weeks we are here is rainy every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In spite of this we have done some fun things – Natural Bridges State Park, whale watching, checking out the surf, and hopefully next week the Monterey Aquarium. Below are a bunch of photos – I hope you enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Monterey Aquarium was so much fun! They specialize in Jellyfish (They call them Jellies). We went on a holiday so it was really busy but was still wonderful. Lunch was in a restaurant overlooking the bay and the sea lions were busy playing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
