Well I was at it again. Kate was willing to use the kitchen as it was but she really likes to cook and the kitchen had some deficiencies. The refrigerator and freezer were pretty small, the oven barely existed – most people used it for storage, and there wasn’t room for the both of us to share the cooking experience. So – as they say – OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!
We have been staying in Spearfish South Dakota, parked in Kate’s mom’s driveway. She has extra space in her garage so we have a place to work and a kitchen and bathroom to use when our water is off. This feally made it much easier to do the work.

We tore everything out, exposing more of the floor that needed repairing.
Then we tarted the installation. Kate stained the new cabinets and they came out great. We added a residential refrigerator that has lots of room. We added an apartment stove, and we added a fancy kitchen prep sink. Lots of drawers and more storage.
The finished kitchen is even better than either of us expected. What a great place to cook!
