I started this project with trepidation. I don’t know very much about cars/trucks and was worried that this lack of knowledge would cause problems. It didn’t! And the results have been very gratifying.
There had been a leak in the roof above the passenger seat and it had rotted the upper part of the dash. The lower part of the dash was old and yellow. It just fell apart as I dismantled it.
I insulated the whole front of the upper part. It makes a huge difference.
The end result is fantastic. It is functional, pretty and no longer smells! Another success story – even if it was messy!
